Collection and use of Personal Data

This Privacy Policy concerns the processing (collection, use, disclosure and retention) of personal data received via the website, platform and fora, operated by Aqua2Life. Aqua2Life processes the personal data on the legal basis that processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. Aqua2Life needs to be able to fulfil the User agreement and to provide her services.

In most cases, personal data will be deleted upon termination or expiry of the agreement between the Customer and Aqua2Life as stated in the Terms of Use or upon the Customer’s written request.

Exceptionally, Aqua2Life may retain personal data for a longer period if there is a legitimate reason or an obligation to store data for the purposes of criminal investigation or other corresponding reason.

Users’ rights

A User has the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right not to be subject of on automated individual decision-making or profiling.
